Eggless Key Lime Pie

I know realize that next week is Thanksgiving and everyone is looking for the perfect Thanksgivining treat but break from tradition! Put a little bit of summer on the dessert table this year. This is super creamy and perfectly tart. Modified from this original recipe. You will not be disappointed!

1/2 C. Key lime juice

14 oz. sweetened condensed milk

8 oz. whipped cream (For homemade 1/2 t. vanilla, 1 T sugar, 1 c. heavy whipping cream. Whip until light and airy)

Graham Cracker Crust

Whip first three ingredients together and pour into graham cracker crust. Let it set up in the fridge for at least 30 minutes but I would think an hour is better. Top the edges with whipped cream.
