White Cajun Sauce

This is a lengthy recipe but completely worth it! It has great flavor without being overly spicy.

1 pt. Half-n-Half

1 T. Olive Oil

2 T. Minced Garlic

1 chopped Onion

3 T butter

1 T Paprika

1 t. Salt

1 c. Chicken Stock (or White Wine)

2 oz. Cream Cheese

1 T. Parsley

2 T. Tomato Paste

1 Chicken Bouillon Cube

1 T Cajun Seasoning

1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese

Black Pepper to Taste

Mix butter and cream cheese together first to insure that cream cheese melts properly. After that start adding ingredients together in a large saucepan and heat through. This is great served with polish kielbasa, chicken and shrimp over your homemade pasta.
