White Cajun Soup

Cajun SoupCajun pasta quickly became one of the Hubs’ favorite recipes and I thought we should try to make it into a soup since he’s always wanting soup. I think this converted pretty well! Normally my recipes make pretty big batches but this would serve about 4 or 5 people.

16 oz. White Cajun Sauce

2 c. Chicken Broth

1 c. milk

1 T. Cajun Seasoning

2 Broccoli Stalks, chopped

1 lg. Carrot, shredded

1 Chicken Breast, chopped or shredded

1/2 Polish Kielbasa, sliced thinly

2 c. Small Shrimp, cooked and deveined

1 Batch of Pasta

Mix everything together save the shrimp and pasta. Once soup has come to a boil for about 10 minutes add shrimp and pasta. Cook another 5-8 minutes to make sure shrimp is warmed through and pasta is cooked.
